Do you offer custom tailoring and alterations?

Yes! We specialize in custom tailoring for all occasions including bridal wear, party outfits, and traditional garments. We take precise measurements and create garments that fit perfectly. We also offer alteration services for existing garments within 30 days of purchase at no extra charge for minor adjustments.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Timeline varies based on the complexity: Simple alterations (1-3 days), Party wear & designer outfits (1-2 weeks), Bridal couture & heavy embroidery work (4-6 weeks). We recommend booking bridal orders at least 2 months in advance. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is consultation-based and depends on fabric choice, design complexity, embellishments, and customization level. We provide transparent quotes after understanding your requirements. We accept advance payments (typically 50%) to confirm orders, with the balance due upon completion.

Do you provide fabric, or should I bring my own?

Both options are available! We have a curated collection of premium fabrics including silk, georgette, chiffon, and designer materials. You can also bring your own fabric if you have specific preferences. Our designers will guide you on fabric selection based on your design choice.

Can I see samples of your previous work?

Absolutely! Visit our Gallery section to see our recent creations. We also maintain a physical portfolio at our studio showcasing bridal wear, party outfits, and designer collections. Feel free to visit us for an in-person consultation and portfolio viewing.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders can be cancelled before cutting begins with a full refund of the advance. Once cutting/stitching starts, we charge for work completed. For ready-made purchases, unused items with tags can be returned within 7 days. Custom-made garments are generally non-refundable as they are personalized to your measurements.

Do you offer virtual consultations or only in-person?

We offer both! While in-person consultations allow for accurate measurements and fabric viewing, we also provide virtual consultations via video call. You can share design references, discuss requirements, and get styling advice remotely. However, final measurements should be taken in person for best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets. For large orders, we also accept partial payments in installments. All payments are documented with proper receipts.

Do you provide delivery or pickup services?

Completed orders can be picked up from our Nagarbhavi studio during business hours. For customers unable to visit, we offer delivery services within Bangalore (charges may apply based on location). We ensure all garments are properly packed and delivered in pristine condition.

How do you ensure the perfect fit?

We take detailed measurements including bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, sleeve length, and garment-specific measurements. We conduct trial fittings before final stitching for custom orders. Our experienced tailors make necessary adjustments during trials to ensure the perfect fit and comfort.

Can I bring reference images or designs from Pinterest/Instagram?

Yes, please do! We encourage customers to share reference images from Pinterest, Instagram, or any source. Our designers will analyze the design feasibility, suggest modifications if needed, and create a custom version tailored to your body type and preferences.

What if I need urgent alterations for an event?

We understand last-minute requirements! We offer express alteration services for urgent needs (24-48 hours) with additional charges. However, availability depends on our current workload. We recommend calling us first to check if we can accommodate your timeline.

Do you work with bridal parties (matching outfits for family)?

Yes! We specialize in coordinated bridal party outfits including bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, and family members. We can create matching or complementary designs with coordinated color palettes. Bulk orders receive special pricing and priority scheduling.

What embellishments and embroidery work do you offer?

We offer a wide range of embellishments: Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, zari work, stone work, sequins, beadwork, mirror work, and lace detailing. Our artisans specialize in traditional techniques and contemporary designs. We can match specific embroidery styles from your reference images.

Is appointment necessary or can I walk in?

While walk-ins are welcome during business hours, we highly recommend booking an appointment for personalized attention, especially for bridal consultations and custom orders. Appointments ensure our designers can dedicate focused time to understand your requirements without rush.
